availability report

If you are looking for new business premises be they a simple lock-up shop, a warehouse or a new company headquarters then we can provide you with an up-to-date availability report for your location of choice. The report will contain a list of available properties, both on and off market, including details of price/rent and the transactional terms being offered. Floor plans and maps will also be provided where appropriate.

The report will be presented and bound to a professional standard suitable for decision making meetings with your colleagues, partners, accountants and bankers.  Fees start at £350 (plus VAT) depending upon the detail required.
